frame. The skeleton is covered with high tensile 900 gsm reinforced pvc weather proof fabric
from sides and 300 Gsm reinforced curtain from front to sustain the impact and of vehicles, and
ensuring minimum ingress of external foreign particles , leaving your working floor space clean
every time. What makes Milchar Dock shelters special is the unique counter based design which
allows to retract the dock shelter in case of impact or collision.

Fast spiral doors are also suitable for garage spaces, so they can also be used as garage doors.
The panels are filled with polyurethane. We offer the option of installing elements made of double plexiglass, which provides visual communication and additional light in the hall. As an option, it is possible to fill them with perforated aluminum sheet (perforation diameter 5 mm) for better insulation.

It is movable bridge between the vehicle and the loading bay Hydraulic dock levelers are operated with the single push button on a control panel working on sequential hydraulic circuit.No longer requiring the operator to manually load or unload the goods.Instead, the operator uses a control or a button to raise and lower the leveler and extend as per requirement results in saving time manpower and increased efficiency.Milchar Dock levellers are customised as per customers requirements and can carry loads upto 15 tons(Standard).

DOCK SEAL
Michar dock seals helps to reduce energy consumption and can effectively improve your working environment. The seal is designed to accommodate the standard containers with optimum sealing.
Sealing performance of different heights provided by the use of adjustable top design to reduce air convection, reduce the depletion of storage temperature, so as to achieve energy saving effect.
With weight balancing system adjustment easier, Stainless steel chute and pull handle has a better anti-rust steel corrosion. Fast bottom seal design effectively reduce the gap at the bottom of the compartment.
